I bought this for 8 year olds birthday and we used it almost daily. A little secret, I use it more than the kids. My advice would be to buy Floss Sugar, not the sugar that you find in toy stores. Floss sugar tends to produce more and is finer sugar, which heats quicker.
Overall, we love it. Would buy another with no question when this one finds the finish line.
