two major problems within four years

I have had this refrigerator for four years and have already had two major problems: (1) water leaking out of the freezer compartment, and (2) the refrigerator compartment stopped cooling. For the first problem, I fixed it myself by researching the Internet. The problem was well known to occur with these refrigerators, so there was a lot of info on the Internet. Fixing the problem involved removing the back panel and cutting a notch in a small rubber connector. A repair person would have charged $150-$200 for this. For the second problem, I had to call a repair person, because the main circuit board needed to be replaced: total cost of $360 ($200 part plus $160 labor). The repair person told me I would be lucky to get 9 years out of this frig. He recommended Frigidaire as the best brand to buy.
What's great about it: nice design
What's not so great: frequent repairs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
