This purchase was necessary because the tablet I had, from ASUS, died and after two and a half hours of my life on the phone with their support resulted in their total inability to function. I decided that since they wanted more than twice the price of a brand new insignia to refurb my old tablet, it was time for something better. One of the things I liked about the old one was the keyboard dock that added 12 hours of battery life. Reviews of the insignia looked good but some complained about battery life. All else looked fine so I bought it.
Best decision ever. Not only does the battery last for several days between charges, it does everything the old one did in less time and for much cheaper. This is a fantastic device, I will NEVER again buy ANYTHING ASUS. Thank you, Best Buy for carrying the Insignia tablets. Great value and outstanding device.

Trying to set it up to transmit from a smart box in one room to a tv about 30 feet away in another room. Also want the signal to display on the tv by the smart box. First, it does not find the signal and when it does, it will not transmit to the other room - just a bunch of blinking lights that do nothing. As for the local tv, it forces the tv ty cycle through various settings with color bars and test patterns, but not the picture that's streaming out of the box.
Tech support is absent and asleep at the wheel. They give you a QR code to follow if you need support, but it goes to a non mobile optimized site (legal size page of data on a 3" x 4" screen) and the chat functionality goes NOWHERE. Worst support for the worst product ever. I don't see what people like about it - it just doesn't work.

hdmi port
does it come with hdmi port. If so, will i be able to connect it to my flat panal screen tv
The micro HDMI port is excellent. Hooked right to my tv's. Very clearly labeled and intelligently positioned ports. Can't praise this tablet enough, it is fantastic and a great price too.

Does this have a gyroscope so it automatically changes the view from portrait to landscape, etc.
Yes, I guess. It rotates automatically, so if a gyro is what enables that behavior, then it absolutely has it.

Can you escalate the use of this kit by adding more receivers?
I see this kit has 1 receiver and 1 transmitter but what if you want to connect another other HDMI TV to the transmitter? How do you do and where do you get more receivers? Are receiver sold separately? I'm not sure if explained my question but I want to share more of my cable or shows to other video locations at home.
I wouldn't recommend this product. It simply does not work and their support is non-existent. Worst support ever for the worst product ever. Suggest you look for a device that runs on 802.11 which works much better.
