We bought a 2nd one, so that says at least two things. We liked the first one enough to buy a second. It heats water really fast, just a button press (of course you have to fill it but if there's still water in it you can just reheat). Our first one lasted, I"m guessing, about two years. But it was constantly used, at least once, usually twice a day.
What's great about it: Hot water fast and easy
What's not so great: Thought the first one might last a little longer
I would recommend this to a friend!
