I am giving 1 star the JUH340 model that I just

purchased this here in Arizona, it is apparently a discontinued product which I paid full price for. This model is not listed on the www, J5create.com website to update the drivers as per the product instructions. This JUH340 model is a 4 port usb 3 mini hub with ac adapter if needed (34.99). I am extremely tired of purchasing and paying full price for a product that has been discontinued. Best Buys prices do not reflect the discontinued products.
I have emailed J5create.com and will or will not change my rating after their reply. I will be taking this back to Best Buy and purchasing from either Amazon or another retailer.
If a product is discontinued it should be noted in the tag with the price discounted.
