This TV was outstanding right out of the box. It is plug-and-play simple, and provides a picture with clarity, reality, and definition which rivals sets costing 4 times more. I have owned several Panasonic Viera Plasma TV's as that was the best technology of that era. This new technology blows any previous technology right out of the water. Setup was extremely easy. Remote is well laid out and simple to operate. WiFi connection to Netflix, Hulu, and others is seamless and provides great picture with no stutter or pixelation. Clarity is equivalent to that of sitting in a movie theater with the big screen. I would highly recommend HiSense (American made now in Georgia) to anyone. I just got this set home and watched one movie and several TV shows and could not believe the improvement in viewability. I'm not a TV junkie, but viewing programming via this model is like cleaning your car windshield after a dust storm. Clarity and image improvement are incredible. I could not wait to get to my computer to write this review and share my joy with others who may be looking. HiSense recently sponsored a NASCAR race and I knew then they were serious about making end-roads into the US market with name recognition. If they are willing to invest, then so was I. I am not disappointed at all!! All smiles here!

Yes, the Smart TV remote features allow immediate one-button access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and YouTube.

I posted earlier that the remote had a link button for Hulu. My apologies, it is a button for Vudu.
However, there is an APP button on the remote which allow you to directly access any of the following via wifi:
Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, Vudu, TED, Pandora, UltraFlix 4K, TG, AccuWeather, AOL.on, YUPPTV, d, Facebook, Viewster, Twitter, Qview, Games, KidOZ, Opera TV Store, TV Browser, AP News, Ultimate Poker, and Rockswap Adventures.
With the Q-View, you can connnect wirelessly to your TV with a mobile device like a smartphone, laptop, or smart pad. You can then view your content on the big screen.
With the TV Browser, you can navigate the web, choosing the website you want to view by entering via onscreen keyboard, navigated by the remote. There is even a cursor simulating a mouse which can be navigated by the remote's 4-way buttons to select different items on the web page. No drag and drop feature like a real mouse, but certainly point and click.
I was easily able to access my Hulu account via the TV Brower, and watched several popular previews just before posting here. The videos look vivid and clean. I have no way of knowing if 4K is supported through the web browser.
Just as an FYI, my TV received an OEM update to the internal software this morning. I can only imagine the sky is the limit with this technology.
I could not be happier. It does WAAAY more than I would expect out of a normal TV.....and probably way more than I'll ever use.
Hisense is at the top of their game. They are competing for your business with both technology and price. It would be a foolish move to wait until the prices increase to buy. This is a seriously smart TV.

Is the extra free warranty available if I register this tv ? I notice if bought at costco you get an additional 2 years.
Yes. When you register your TV at www.hisense-usa.com, you will receive the additional two years extended warranty. I tried registering online through the TV interface with wifi, but it would not accept my email address as valid. No problem when accessed and registered via my desktop computer.
