I paired these speakers with the 10" Klipsch subwoofer and could not be happier. They sound amazing! I wouldn't recommend them as monitor speakers, but for listening they are wonderful. The speakers include a USB port and show up as a generic audio device (using the USB prevents the speakers from automatically shutting off).

Poor performance

This adapter did not work very well. It would constantly flicker and cause the screen to go black for a few seconds every couple of minutes. It also ran VERY hot. Swapped it out for a cheap one off Amazon which works fine and runs cool. Avoid this product.

What subwoofer do u reccomend for the klipsch r-15pm
I ended up pairing mine with the Klipsch 10" subwoofer. The 12" was actually a bit overwhelming in my office and the speakers don't extend much past the 125Hz range, so I felt most rock and jazz was missing the clean bass hits that you get with the 10". If you mostly listen to rap or EDM you'll be fine with the 12", or if you have a very large room. Otherwise, I'd recommend the 10".

Is this compatible with Chromebooks that only feature an USB type C port? Looking to connect external monitor (VGA to HDMI adapter) to this USB type C to HDMI adapter.
In theory, this one would, however, this particular adapter seems to not work very well. I'd recommend looking for another USB-C to HDMI adapter.
