Call friends, get online and play apps with this Moto Z Force Droid smartphone. It’s designed around Moto Mods, interchangeable backs that snap onto your smartphone, instantly transforming it into a movie projector, boombox, battery powerhouse, and more. A capacitive touch screen and 16 million colors ensure a brilliant display that reacts smoothly, and Corning Gorilla Glass protects against shattering or scrapes when the phone is dropped. You can use this Moto Z Force Droid smartphone with its Android Marshmallow operating system to run Google apps.

Yes Virginia there are other smartphones besides iPhones and Galaxies. The last three years of Motorola phones have typically been outstanding values with useful features, but they've also skimped some on specs at the same time. The new Moto Z' and Z Force don't leave anything out though. These phones are incredibly fast and have finally added top tier cameras. The Moto mods are kind of gravy. They really do change how you can use the phone, but the phones are still top notch with or without the mod idea. If you can find the mods on sales, give them a shot. Everyone will see it different but for me, the JBL mod turned my phone into a mini entertainment system. And the snap on and go power packs seem to be a must have for any business traveler.
Moto continues using almost stock Android, which keeps the phone quick and responsive. The Moto actions/gestures that are added are some of he most used features in any phone I believe. Moto owners hate the thought of leaving those useful features behind.
Anyway, yeah, I'm a fan boy but give the Z or Z Force a try before getting the same old APPSUNG phone. You might be a fan too.
Pros
Fast, fast, fast
Moto actions/gestures
Great camera
Mods and expandable storage
Cons
The Force is a beefy phone, but worth it to me for the battery. And it does feel solid as well.
Verizon bloatware: nuff said
Not a lot of mods, yet
My Best Buy number: 2201822122
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's alright

The Moto Mods for the phone are awesome. It's a new/different way to implement mods that actually works. Other than that this phone is "okay." It isnt what i was expecting. The set up and functionality (settings, apps, ect.) Are a but different than a traditional Android phone. I personally prefer the way phones such as; Galaxy S7, LG G3, v10, and HTC line up perform. If you are curios I highly suggest using a demo version for about 30min, then you will see the difference in the performance and functionality of the Moto Z/Z force.
You NEED a screen protector for the Force and a case is sort of out of the question unless you don't care for the Mods, and if that is the case then I definitely recommend a different phone. The Mods are the only thing that make this phones "compete" with other flag ship phones.

While everyone has their own opinions of what good performance is, I would suggest any potential buys do what Luna has suggested and try the Moto phone out. As Turbo pointed out, there is virtually no additional "skin" on the interface. While Luna felt this was a drawback, many users find it to be a much cleaner interface and has helped in prior years keeping the dreaded lag monster at bay.
Again, your mileage may vary, but I feel the majority of Android users who switch from the heavily skinned Android phones like Samsung, HTC and LG have little interest in going back.
