Great rack but came misconfigured from Sanus

This is a very nice rack, well built, lots of flexibility and configuration options. My unit came with four 2u shelves and no 3u shelves or spacers (there should have been two of each shelf and one 3u spacer). I called the mfr (their number is in the features section of the product listing on BB website) and they shipped out two 3u shelves and the spacer that day for free.
Great customer service, but check your rack when you get it. They may be assembling them incorrectly at Sanus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The protective plastic is on the front of the dishwasher to protect the stainless from scratches when you install it. It's supposed to be peeled off once it's installed. The X's are there so you know there's protective plastic that has to be removed. It's not a returned item.
I installed mine yesterday and love it. Need to use rinse aid when drying for dry dishes.
My only complaint is that the solenoid valve for the water is a little noisy (it makes a loud hum) when filling. But this is infrequent and only when filling.
What's great about it: Quite, looks good, easy to install
What's not so great: Solenoid valve makes a loud humming noise (louder than the dishwasher when running) when filling
I would recommend this to a friend!
