This show, although I could recite the dialogue by heart because I've seen these episodes so many times, still makes me smile. I wish there was a Golden Girls, 'the next generation,' because I thoroughly enjoyed this series and it would be neat to see what these characters would have gotten in to 30 years later ;)

Another great season of my favorite show. You have to love the antics these four ladies are always getting into. I find if I need a laugh in the age we will live in today. This show can help take you back you a time when TV was more descent and easy to watch.

My favorite show of all time. If you want a feel good uplifting hilarious show about some confidant beautiful ladies then this is for you! May sound silly but this show legitimately got me through one of the worst times of my life. It is seriously an anit-anxiety method for me. It makes me feel like no matter what is going on, it will be okay and things will get better!

The show featured Bea Arthur, Betty White, Rue McClanahan, and Estelle Getty as four women who negotiated the problems associated with growing older as they shared a house in Florida.

I just got the DVD last night and popped it in while I was doing some work. I was able to get through the first DVD in the pack of 3. Even though I've seen all the episodes multiple times I still enjoy this gem of a show. It's interesting to note that even if you've seen the show in syndication, there is a lot that is edited out. I can honestly say that I have not seen each the ENTIRE episodes till now. And they're funny as ever.

There's nothing like classic 80's adventure movies. This blu-ray set has The Goonies, Gremlins, and Gremlins 2 on three discs. Special features for the Goonies include commentary by Director Richard Donner and select cast members. Ten minutes of additional scenes for The. Gremlins and over 20 minutes of footage not seen in theaters for Gremlins 2. This edition has a nice slip cover and the disc holders are well designed, so you don't have to worry about them fall out of place and getting scratched.

I won't bore you with yet another "review" of this film or my personal opinion of it. You want to know what I think of the BD version, right?
My short answer: This BD looks and sounds so good that I've already given away my DVD of it.
The Blu-ray Disc of Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory is the best I have ever seen of the film. Image quality is sharp & clean and the colors stand out like candy. The DolbyTrueHD sound is excellent allowing all the dialogue and songs to come through crystal-clear.
This BD case is like a book with many pages for the fans. My ONLY (small) regret is that the back cover containing all the BD information is not printed on the book, and instead is merely a printed page that eventually comes loose and detaches after a short while (whereas my "Easy Rider" BD is the same type of book and the information is printed on the back cover - much better!).
If you like (or love) this movie and are wondering if the BD is worth the money, wonder no more. You will be pleased with your decision to make the switch to Blu-ray for Wonka.

Simple, bare bones, fast, high quality, PERFECT

This player is for someone who wants a simple, fast, high waking Blu-ray player that will simply play a disc on your television in the best manner it can.
I just wanted an uncomplicated player that would load my discs quickly and play.
So far, this unit does just that. It quickly loads discs, faster than I've ever seen in a player. I'm bitstreaming audio to my receiver so that I can hear DTS-HD Master. All is well. It's fast, plays every disc new and old, at the highest quality possible with Blu-ray discs.
