I Bought this printer Roughly 15 days ago. Though at the Start it is a little intimidating, especially if it is your first 3d Printer. The Setup was simple. Mine Came with a corrupt firmware that was causing the printer not to center correctly. But it was very easy to reflash the firmware with the Help of the awesome online support the Robo3D team offers. So I don't blame bestbuy or the Robo Team that mine came with a problem. Its just something that happens sometimes. now that it works, this thing is awesome, im printing 24/7 now and loving it.
