Arrived broken, but great customer service
on July 17, 2016

I ordered this pc because of the great reviews and because of how easy it would be to upgrade in the future. However, the day it arrived I was unable to get Windows running. I followed the setup guide and had a friend who was also a BB employee walk me through some possible solutions with no luck, so I decided to take it into the store. They were also unable to get it to boot up, so the GS member opened it up to check the guts. Low and behold the cable that connects the power supply to hard drive had completely busted and the sockets had all fallen. No wonder I couldn't get the OS running. He said it most likely occurred at the factory, and they were happy to exchange it for me. Now I have to wait another week or two for it to arrive, hoping it is completely in tact this time around. Overall I'm obviously disappointed that it was broken and that I had to drive 1/2 an hour to the closest store, but I'm thankful they were so easy going about it. The guy even threw in free antivirus. :)
I would recommend this to a friend!
