We have cable for all the rooms except two in the house and I had been using a "powered" antenna that would only get "snowy"stations. Since this antenna was priced low we thought we would try and if it did not work, just toss it. We are really surprised as we now receive all local station with almost a dozen that have excellent pictures and sound. I am very much surprised that such an inexpensive antenna will do as much. Great buy!
