The NETGEAR 16 x 4 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem provides a connection to high-speed cable Internet, up to 680Mbps - 16 downstream & 4 upstream channels. It's CableLabs DOCSIS 3.0 Certified to work with cable Internet providers XFINITY from Comcast, Spectrum, Cox, Cablevision and more.
I received this modem for free as a part of netgear's friends and family program. I've been a bit of a modem elitist only wanting to use Motorola Surfboards for my modem. Originally I was skeptical of a netgear modem, but thus far it's been performing perfectly. I have a 200Mbps connection and consistently receive those speeds. It has a decent web ui as well but you shouldn't really need that. Be aware that this is a 16 bonded channel modem, basically this modem will cap out around 600mbps. My ISP suddenlink just started offering gigabit, this modem will not work for gigabit, but I haven't upgraded to that yet.
