The Alta is a slim sleek version of the Fitbit that causes folks to do a double take. It features all the great attributed I've come to expect from Fitbit, tracks activity, sleep, time, caller ID, heart rate, and text messages, PLUS the band is easily interchangeable!

I've been a Fitbit fan for years... Started out with the One, moved on th the Flex HR, and now the Blaze. Can say enough about it.., it helps me monitor my heart rate, fitness and sleep goals, and is sleek and stylish all at the same time. The fact that it integrates with my cell phone for text/call notification, and that I can control my playlist (to a degree) during my exercise sessions is just an added bonus! I've even used the alarm function and been surprised how effective it was at waking me up.
The Blaze is a bigger profile, so if you want something a little sleeker in design, look at the Aria... Either way, you can't go wrong with a Fitbit!
