I live in an apartment that suffers from interference from a billion other routers surrounding me. The 2.4Ghz band is borderline pointless here, what few devices I have that only support 2.4 barely work and the connection drops a lot. Went ahead and got this little adapter for my cheap laptop and it works great. I don't have an AC router yet so I can't say how much better AC does than N but the 5Ghz band works fine and I can actually do homework without worrying about losing connection. Compared to a lot of other adapters this one is fairly small, so that's a plus, although I wish it was a little smaller. I think it came with software but I didn't install anything; if I remember correctly I think I might've gone to Netgear's website and downloaded a driver. I've had this for a couple of months now and so far so good. If you need 5Ghz, I highly recommend this one.

Got this for my birthday last year, already knew it didn't have any bass but I liked the other features and the clearness. Exactly 1 year later (on my birthday yesterday), this speaker decided it wanted to spit out nothing but pure distortion in the middle of a song. Can't figure out why. Tried a few different things and still nothing but distortion. I will never buy Beats products ever again (have a pair of Solo HD's that I liked, that's what brought me to buying the Pill). What makes it even better is that on Beats website it says there is a 1 year warranty after purchase date, so I'm maybe 2-3 days over that 1 year limit. I will never recommend Beats products to anyone again. How do you take care of stuff only to have it stop working for no apparent reason? Beats = Trash.

I've only had my drive for about a week now, but so far it's been great. I've read other reviews about this drive being noisy but I only barely hear it when I put my head close to it. Maybe if you're in a room that's dead quiet you can hear it, but the noise it makes is really not even worth mentioning. The read/write speeds aren't too shabby; transferring 10 gigs from the internal to this drive took just a few minutes, better than the 15+ it was taking through USB 2. The price might seem a little high, but this drive uses Thunderbolt (cable provided), has a sturdy build, comes with some handy features, and has 3TB of space, which is plenty for any normal user. I would only recommend this drive if you were to utilize the Thunderbolt port, otherwise you should find a much cheaper USB 2 or 3 drive.

I bought this TV at Best Buy on 12/31/15. It was marked down $70 to $199.99. I saw a floor display model, but did not check the sound. Upon setting up this TV at home, I am greatly disappointed. Firstly, the flimsy plastic legs are not of good design, as the TV could possibly topple over. Secondly, the sound quality is absolutely awful. The bottom mounted internal speakers are low quality, and while there are graphic equalizer settings with which to tinker, they don't improve upon the overall sound quality. There is a Digital Audio Output jack, but that requires the purchase of a higher end soundbar. What is greatly missing is the presence of a 3.5mm headphone jack, to plug in a simple pair of powered external speakers. The picture quality of this TV is superb, but I cannot recommend the purchase of this model as is. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in Samsung!

The sound isn't great but if you adjust the EQ enough it can definitely sound tolerable. I've had to do it to a couple of smaller Samsung's I have (22", 32" and a little on a 40")

For now (day 1), this game isn't worth your time. Capped at 30fps, poor textures, glitches, crashes, and virtually no controller support. After the patches come out to address these (and other) issues, you should definitely buy this game. The story is awesome and well told. If you're like me and just can't wait then go ahead and try it. Otherwise, wait until it's stable.

I still don't recommend. I beat it and while the story is great, the gameplay is boring. Do the same thing over and over and over for HOURS. According to Steam I've logged 45 hours before beating it (with basically no goofing off). Pass on this one unless it's super cheap.

Despite the previous pointless negative reviews on The Unlocked variant of a phone that hasn't even been released yet....The GS8 is a powerhouse device with absolute beautiful 4k HDR display. I will also mention the added in-house product support at the Samsung experience shop in BestBuy. Very informative and "knowledgeable" group. I would recommend speaking to them about any issues and free classes!!!

Yes, you still have to hook it up via HDMI. "Wifi Ready" doesn't actually mean it includes WiFi, but it has the ability if you purchase a separate (and probably expensive) adapter.

HOW DO I TELL WHAT "LETTER" TECHNOLOGY MY 1 1/2 YEAR OLD WIRELESS ROUTER IS USING??
That's kind of a vague question. With a little more information about the router it would be easier to determine, but chances are if it's only a year and a half old then it's most likely an "N". Now whether it's dual band or not, I don't know.

That's your choice. Those 2 technologies have nothing to do with compatibility. LCD will be cheaper but LED looks A LOT better and brighter.

Are all Samsung 3D glasses usable for Mitsubishi 3D tvs?
It seems my Mitsubishi 3D TV 's 3D glasses are made by Samsung. Does this mean I can use any Samsung Glasses? (3D is checkerboard format)
They should as long as they're the same format (active for active or passive for passive).

HDMI to standard tv convertion
I just got a blu-ray player from a friend, but I don't have an HD tv. I got it so I could watch movies in my room but I don't have the red white and yellow plugs on my blu-ray player.

You're going to need a new TV. Hooking up a BlueRay player to a standard definition TV is pointless.

which television has usb ports that can play movies and such?
i am a videographer and wish to purchase a large screen tv with usb ports to use to show my clients the final product. I also do events where having this capability for lash drive to be used instead of carrying dvds around. It would need to do photos, commercials, and movies for the usb ports.
Literally almost any HDTV you can buy will have USB ports.

The Apple TV hooks up to your TV via HDMI, so no ethernet port is necessary.

does this allow for wireless blue tooth connection to sound bars?
It doesn't include bluetooth as it's a pretty low-end model (wired is better anyways).

Does the NETGEAR AC Wi-Fi Adapter doggle work with Windows 10?
Yes. You may need to manually download drivers from their website like I did but it will work fine.
