This Bowers & Wilkins 600 Series 684 S2 FP35335 floorstanding loudspeaker features two 5" woven Aramid fiber woofer cones with antiresonance plugs for smooth, clear sound. The 1" double-dome aluminum tweeter delivers crisp highs.

I can not believe the reviews for these speakers.
I purchased them and while they have a very clear pure sound with a med volume setting the sound very "tinny" at high volumes and muffled at low settings There is not allot base either. I can not believe they are part of the magnolia theater family. I returned them

UPDATE
October 16, 2015
After talking to another dealer about the 684 S2 speakers, I was told my AVR did not have enough power to drive these speakers even though the best Buy guys said they would.
I did listen to these with the proper AVR system and they did sound somewhat better.
