This PC I bought for my son on his 14th birthday and it works great! He said the only complaint is that it only has Ethernet but besides that it's good for PC games like CS:GO and BO3!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can wifi adapter be added, and is this system upgradable?
You can add wifi adapter and it works great! And the PC is upgradable but I would not change big things for example : ram can easily be upgraded but the motherboard might be a little bit harder depending on the experience you have and if it is comparable.

Does this computer come with the wires that you need to connect to the internet and to your TV?
It has the cord to power the PC itself, but it does not come with any HDMI cables or cables to your monitor. Usually when you buy your monitor they come with the cord but if they don't I would pick one up from Amazon or eBay or something. The PC also does not come with the Ethernet cable to have Internet on your PC. What I did since my room is upstairs I bought a wifi adapter for $7.89 from Amazon and poof you have wifi super simple and works great! I hope this awnsers your questions!
