This is my 3rd dishwasher in 20 years and I am so unhappy. It does clean the dishes and is quiet. In the first 3 months I am waiting for the repairman for the 3rd time. The top rack left side arm broke, it leaked water from both front corners of the door, and now it won't fill with water correctly and run. I would love to send it back. Also do not like the racks, the top one has a large plastic box as a result of it being adjustable but glasses do not fit next to it. If you lower top rack the water arm then hits my plates in the bottom. The bottom rack does not accamodate cookware well at all. We have 4 people in our household and everyone HATES this dishwasher.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

failure at 30 days

On day 31 of ownership it would not turn on at all. Have Geek Squad coverage for a year (purchased it) and when I took the unit into the store I was told it had to be sent in for service and could take up to 30 days. I am shocked to learn that they do not service them at the store under their own Geek Squad coverage. It is exam week and research paper is on there. I may not even have it back in time to start the next semester. I would have expected a 1 to 2 day turnaround. This is a major problem and would have influenced my purchasing decision.

What's great about it: it isn't anything special from previous laptops I've had

What's not so great: the battery cannot be removed unless the unit is sent in.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
