I bought this product a week ago (06/28/2015) Nothing but a headache, I will agree that installation is breeze. However the software is Junk, technical service doesn't have a clue and seems unwilling to help. I cannot
get remote viewing to work nor can they. they keep insisting its my wifi, So I had AT&T out to update and with speeds of 18 mbps apparently still not enough. back to the store it goes good riddance.
