Ok printer. Lousy service!!! worse attitude

Purchased hp printer 1/21/16. Was sold a connection cable ($24.99)
Cable not needed as one came with the printer. Tried to return the unopened cable 2/13/16 for a credit without success. Store mgr. would not accept a return due to a 15 day limit on electronic equipment.
NEVER AGAIN will I visit or support this company. Way to treat an 80 year old technically challenged FORMER customer.
