No. One version is locked to T-Mobile. The other version is locked to MetroPcs. When a phone has a company name in its listing, such as Verizon, or MetroPcs, that means it is locked to that company.
If NO company name appears in the listing, and the listing says UNLOCKED, the phone will work on any GSM carrier for calls and texts, but LTE bands are different for each provider, so LTE may not work with an unlocked phone.
