Very Unreliable Toaster Oven!!! Do NOT BUY ONE!

I had TWO of these oven break after having them for LESS THAN ONE YEAR!
I would avoid Hamilton Beach products since they appear to be very unreliable. I have small appliances that last for years. But their ovens just don't last!
My toaster oven broke AGAIN! This is the second oven that broke. You would think a toaster oven should last OVER 1 year? Well this oven broke for me TWICE in one year. I was sent a replacement oven and SURPRISE SURPRISE the second died just a few days ago!
Both Hamilton Beach Toaster ovens (Model 311004) died WITHIN ONE YEAR!
When I purchased one of these things and it burned out in less than a year Hamilton Beach wanted me to send them $25 to ship a replacement oven to me. And then THAT ONE broke in 8 months AGAIN!
This is the WORST OVEN EVER!
The replacement oven they shipped was covered in soot too! It was like they shipped it on a locomotive burning coal! I bet that oven was sitting in some dusty warehouse since it was offloaded from a container from China!
Really the box was BLACK. It left a spot on the carpet!
I had to send them a PROOF of DEATH picture of the oven too! Really I cut the cord, took a photo, and had to email it to them! It was like one of those scenes from a movie where they send in pictures of a hostage.
The first oven that died just crapped out after a stinky smell of burning wires inside the oven. Nothing ever spilled inside the oven. This was burning plastic from the wiring.
The second oven just up and died quietly when I turned it on.
Now I have NO OVEN! This last one was shipped to me September 29, 2014 and now it's dead!
