Unit mentions up to 700 sq ft 14000 BTU but doesn't really cool the area. You can only feel cold air if just stand front of it otherwise room temperature does not get anywhere close where you feel cooling. It may work for really small room. Like a kids room. I am not satisfied with its performance.

I bought it in windows 8.1 works great and fast. I loved it.
I am not sure for windows 10 because i upgraded it and it was slow. I redownloaded 8.

Can I use this in an outdoor tent industrial walls 20 x 30
I would not recommend it. Your area is too big. I think.
