Noted fitness expert Madeleine Lewis demonstrates two separate stretching routines to increase fitness and flexibility in this instructional video, which comes to DVD in a simple presentation. A.M. & P.M. Stretch has been transferred to disc in the full-frame aspect ratio of 1.33:1, and the audio has been mastered in Dolby Digital Stereo. The program is in English, with no multiple language options. Bonus materials include an additional "power stretch" routine, an option to use the program with or without narration, and an interview with Madeleine Lewis.

I have made the decision to get a bit healthier and this has been a great tool to that end. The routine is easy to follow and is great for beginners. You can easily utilize this program as you gain flexibility be deepening the stretch. The instructor is very good at explaining the best way to obtain the best results from your stretch. The am program does a great job of revving you up in the morning and the pm does great for relaxing you. This has become a daily favorite.

Great HP cartridge. It is easy to install and easily recognized by the printer without issue. The XL is definitely worth the purchase as it does print the listed number of pages. I'm a pretty heavy user an one cartridge will last several months.

The XL cartridges by HP are great. I order these in the black and full color range. They provide the listed amount of pages for the XL cartridge. They are easy to install and I have had no issues with the printer recognizing it or properly dispensing.

what is the yield on hp 935 xl ?
It's stated as 825 per color cartridge, however, I find that it does much more than that. I usually go through about 2 reams of paper before it runs out.
