Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 8yr old son, to go along with his gaming PC, and he absolutely loves it. After he had done all his research he told me to make sure this was at the top of his Christmas list.

Expect outstanding detail from this IBUYPOWER desktop PC. Good PC if you don't plan on upgrading anything

Ordered this PC two weeks ago and received it in a week with the intention of giving it to my son as a xmas gift. So as not to have the PC sit in the box for the next month and potentially have a problem with it xmas morning when I turn it on, I decided to unbox it and boot it up. Overall, the PC looks awesome. Setup was easy and straightforward. The only real issue I have, hence the reason I only gave it 3 stars, is because it only comes with 1 LED strip inside the case and when I called ibuypower customer support & tech support to order another one, because I know my son will want it to be brighter inside, I was told they couldn't sell me another LED set. Not only would they not sell me another set but they told me that since I bought this PC through a retailer, they will not do anything to assist in upgrading or modifying the PC in anyway. This is a big letdown for me if I ever want to swap out the CPU or video card in the future for a more powerful one or even add memory. The only advice I was given was to return the PC to Best Buy and buy it direct from them which makes absolutely no sense since the machine shipped directly from them in the first place! Best Buy doesn't even stock this model!
