Speakers are good; Mic is marginal; fit is awful

The fit on these headphones is surprisingly poor. The behind-the-neck strap (salesman told me it went over the head, but it was obvious he was wrong; bought anyway) is painfully stiff and completely non-adjustable. I can't even bend it for comfort, as you would do with the bows on a pair of sunglasses. It probably would fit a small head, perhaps a child, but even then the comfort would be in question.
The speakers work well.
I made one phone call while in a quiet room, and was told there was a "buzz" to my voice.
The button placement is unfortunate -- it is difficult to adjust the position without hitting buttons.
What finally cinched it for me is that they cannot initiate a phone call (using Siri or equivalent) by pressing a button on the headset. Instead, you have to pull out your phone and do it there. Inconvenient!
I have had some GREAT products from Insignia (esp. my 46" TV), but this one is just an unfortunate mistake and is being returned.
