I enjoy this tracker as it is completely customizable. The screen is very durable and easy to see.
I would give this a 5 star rating if it actually gave an extensive readout of your sleep patterns throughout the night like Fitbit does, if the vibration for alarms and notifications was much more intense, and if the band could be changed to something that wouldn't release just because you brush it against something. I have a very physically demanding career abs with all the equipment and gear that I move around, the tracker is constantly at risk of falling off my wrist and getting lost because this band, contrary to Samsung's beliefs, is not suitable for an "Active Lifestyle" as they claim.
If Samsung decides to fix the app to track sleep activities throughout the night, makes the vibration intensity adjustable and offers a new wrist strap that can be changed for a truly active individual, I'll gladly give a 5 star rating and recommend this tracker to my friends, family and associates.

Can I wear it when I am swimming laps
Yes. You can take it for swimming laps. I would not suggest diving deeper that 6 feet though. Check the rating for its water resistances.

Does the SGfit2 heart rate feature make burn marks like the Fitbit ChargeHR?
In my experience, the Fitbit ChargeHR, in the two years I used it, never left any burn marks. Chances are, there was an issue between your body chemistry and the contacts and/or you were wearing the Fitbit too tight on your wrist. I have had this tracker now since may or June and have had no such experiences.
