Great TV-Great Best Buy Experience

Bought this TV on 9/30/16 and everything was perfect. A few days later it started getting a green screen. Called geek squad and set up an appointment. They came out and determined it was the main board. Ordered the main board and came out the following week to install. The new main board was installed and was bad out of the box, so they were going to order another main board. In between that issue, the TV developed a white spot in the screen like the pixels were bad, so I made them aware of that. They were going to order a new main board and a new video screen and install the following week. I was not agreeable to that so the tech suggested I call the store I bought it from and the manager was awesome. He told me even though I was out of the 15 day window that he would exchange the TV for me and the tech offered to take the defective TV back to the store and bring the new one back and hook it up. the manager even added 3 years to my service plan and gave me $200 back in store credit because he TV was on sale that week. The new TV works perfect. I think I just got a defective TV out of the box. I love this TV!!!!
