I purchased two units only one of has came in. The unit was easy to install. They don't say in the setup guide how to remove the connectors. After looking at the unit for a while I figured out that they just pulled out. I thought there might be a clip or something & didn't want to break the connector before I even got started. I connected a pair of speakers in two separate rooms. It was easy to setup both Pandora & Sirius XM. The app. is easy to use. The only reason I didn't rate this a 5 is because there is not a way to control the volume of the speakers separately.
That would be a nice feature to have.
