This Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4720 All-in-One Printer is much nicer than any of the other name brand all in one printers that I have owned. It is about the same size as most All-In-Ones but seems as if the footprint is smaller. I think this has to do with how the paper trays are designed. Aesthetically, the printer is sleek looking, a has a matte black finish, and minimal lines. It will fit nice in any office or home.
The setup was quick and easy. I am glad it actually came with a CD, which makes the setup quicker than having to go to a website to download installation files. The printer works via USB, Wireless, or LAN. You can direct print to it from just about any phone or tablet as well. I like that it comes with four print cartridges opposed to 1 black and 1 color. The days of wasting ink because one color ran out are over! I like the look of the touch screen and menu which is easy to navigate. The screen also swivels up to make it easy to see from different angles, depending on the surface location the printer is sitting on. The print quality is superb and has super rich, bright colors. The paper tray holds about half a ream of paper, which means less time wasted refilling the paper tray. That is a good think because this print spits out pages, black or color, super quick.

A Simply Fantastic Device

The Epson ES-300W just happens to be the first portable scanner that I have owned, and am amazed by the results. The quality of this portable scanner is simply fantastic. The first thing that I scanned, zoomed through the scanner so fast, I blinked and almost missed it. I have not seen anything scan that fast besides the equipment at the copy & print stores. Upon viewing the file on my laptop, I was very impressed with the scan quality. It surely beat the scan quality of my All-In-One printer. Once I started playing with the settings, I saw that I didn’t even have the resolution set at the best quality either.
I thought that this thing would have been seriously bulky due to having a battery backup, but it is very compact for having so many features. It has an adjustable paper feed, as well as a pop-up full sized page support. The adjustable paper feed allowed me to scan a stack of receipts for a expense report in no time. The scanner also has a business card slot that pulls the card in and back out at the same spot. This leaves the card un-bent, that way I can put it back in my card stack.
My work requires me to travel often for days, weeks, or even over a month at a time, and this will allow me to easily scan my expenses & reports without the need of relying on a hotel business center. This Epson ES-300W scanner will defiantly be staying in my laptop bag for now on!

Make your office more functional with this Epson Workforce all-in-one printer. It connects to your computer so you can print, scan and fax documents and pictures without the need for multiple devices. This Epson Workforce printer also has fast-printing capabilities, so you can prepare meeting handouts and financial reports in just a few minutes.

After using the Epson - Workforce Wf-2750 for the past few weeks, I have been very impressed with it. This is the first Epson printer that I have owned. The setup was fairly simple and did not take very long. Just pop in the included CD and follow instructions.
A great addition that this printer has, than non of my past printers had, was the ability to connect to my phone via WiFi. The ability to print work documents, photos, and emails from my phone on the fly is fantastic. No more having to transfer from my phone to my laptop to print. It also has an option to scan documents from your printer directly to your phone. Another great feature is the ability to check ink levels from my phone. No more hoping I have enough ink left to print a report.
As far as the print quality goes, I couldn't ask for anything more. The colors are vibrant and rich. The black is very dark. The ink dries super fast. I have yet to have anything smear on me after handling a new print. I love that there is a separate cartridge for each color. We all know ink is expensive, and shouldn't have to throw cartridges away that still have plenty of ink left just because one color is low. That will save you some serious $$$ if you print often.
