Cheap Plastic Tank

I received this as a shower gift and the plastic water tank broke within 15 minutes of using it. When I called Crane, they will not replace it as only the motor is under warranty. I recommend steering clear of this product and this company. They offer replacement parts for purchase on their website, but the replacement tank and shipping almost total the cost of a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for our daughter. A few days after installation, the garage door began opening on its own. Trying to work with Chamberlain on a solution. Not ready to recommend pending resolution of "phantom operation"

I had the same problem!

I had the same problem and blamed it on a new keypad installed at the same time or neighbors' frequencies crossing with my 1980's opener. After replacing the opener and getting the compatible gateway, I'm still having problems with this sensor giving false open alarms. I think the sensor that mounts to the door is getting stuck. At least its not randomly opening my new opener!
