This washer is great! Gets my clothes very clean and is very quiet! Also love the "I'm done" tune!! Unless you are taller than me, 5'1", you will need a stool to reach to the bottom of the drum. Large items, not problem here! I have a stool, but use my tongs that I wrapped felt around the ends to grab the stuff I can't reach!! lol

Does the steam feature have to have a water hookup?
Yes, it comes with the two way water adapter and the hose that goes to the dryer. Great feature!
