Please read my yelp review of my horrible experience: http://www.yelp.com/biz/pacific-sales-kitchen-and-home-west-hollywood?hrid=PyWLGk0J8aOw9CLxDQ_gYA&utm_campaign=www_review_share_popup&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=(direct) Purchase date 4.21.2016. As of today 6.20.2016 after endless calls and emails, I DO NOT have a working washer/dry. On Thursday the repair person that came out and stated the wrong parts were ordered and it would take 5 business days for the parts to arrive. The week before Jessie the store manager asked me to pay $350.00 more to exchange the stackable washer/ dryer. Email sent to ask@pacificsales.com Mon, Jun 6, 2016 at 6:20 PM.Would you please be so kind to assist me with the horrible service experience at your West Hollywood Store? I purchase a stackable washer dryer from Jessie the store manager on 4.21.2016, this unit stayed at your store and was delivered about a month after purchase to an apartment building I own located at XXXX North Hayworth Avenue West Hollywood, CA 90046. (See attached invoice) A few days after delivery when I tried to install unit I found the bottom self-leveling legs were broken. Since then I have spent at least 50 hours in the last month trying to get the washer/dryer fixed. First, I was provided the number for whirlpool by Jessie that I called endlessly who does not answer or return his calls, days later when I had an appointment the first repair person who I went to meet told me he had the wrong address and was not coming. The second person I went to meet at my building called me as I was waiting for his arrival, I explained the issues and he claimed BEST BUY LIES all the time and this is not a covered item and if he walks in I need to pay him $300.00 . Please note I do not live at this building and I drive from the other side of town to meet the repair persons. On 5.27. 2016 after endless calls to the Best Buy store I called 800 540 7227 and spoke with Tammy R. who was my first very nice experience and did her best to help and was able to get someone from the geek squad to come up and fix the washer/dryer. George the repair person who was very nice came and tried his best to fix the unit. After three hours we both gave up and he told me it needed parts. I am now being told the parts are not in stock and will not be in stock for over two weeks or more. When I bought this unit from Jessie the store manager I was told this was in good working order and came with a full warranty. Over a month later and endless phone calls and endless disconnections I don't have a working washer/dryer in my unit for the tenant. Jessie will not take the unit back and return the fee I paid for delivery through the store. When I requested I speak to the district manager he refused to provide any further information and was quite rude. The story is much longer than this email however, I don't what you to waste your time reading endless issues and uncalled for rudeness and incompetence that I have dealt with regarding buying what I was told was a washer / dryer in good working condition.
