I purchased this microwave on March 18, 2015 and on May 6, 2015 it just died while I was using it. My previous microwaves have lasted a minimum of 5 years so I did not buy Best Buys extended coverage. Best Buy won't help me because it is past 15 days. So now I am here without a working microwave. This is my final Best Buy purchase! Good company practice would be to let me exchange it for another one. I actually still have my receipt and still they won't do anything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
