This dryer works well and easily keeps up with the demands of my 4 person home. Until yesterday, my only issue with this dryer has been my failed attempts to use the de-wrinkle feature. Seams I need to go back and re-read the manual. You must put in more than one item if you plan to de-wrinkle something or it will be soaked when the Dryer injects water to start the steam process.
The only real issue I have had is that it burned out the High-Limit Thermostat (DC96-00887A), a simple $10.00 part. The real fun comes when you find out that you have to completely disassemble the dryer to get to this part, along with the heating element and other thermal sensor. These parts are mounted under the drum in the bottom of the dryer. While you can access them to test them by removing the front cover and door, you will not be able to replace them without a lot of work. Pay close attention to what screws go where as not all screws are the same. That front panel is VERY DIFFICULT to remove. There are videos on YouTube you can watch. I was lucky or brave and was able to make the repair myself in about 3 hours including a run to the parts store. I would not recommend this task to someone without some mechanical experience.

Overall I am satisfied with the washer and the service it has provided. After one year of use, 4 persons, washing daily, the washer has preformed well. To date, it has not developed the mold and mildew buildup that our LG washer was prone to. However, we make certain to keep it propped open when not in use so it can dry out.
The only reason I am giving this unit 3 stars and not 4 is the front panel did not hold up as expected. My issue is that the paint used to print the text on the front panel is not durable and will wash off if you use a standard bathroom/kitchen cleaner or glass cleaner on it. Good luck figuring out what mode to use then. You would think that Samsung would have picket a more durable paint considering how close these important markings are to where you pour soap and other chemicals into the unit.
Right now, I would buy this unit again.

Does this washer come with the hot and cold water hoses?
Yes. However, you should plan on replacing them with higher quality braided hoses at your earliest convenience.
