Lower the drain and it works !

So I read hundreds of reviews and all of the question/answers on several websites just to figure out if this thing will actually dry clothes!
I decided to buy it thinking I'd return it ...and after the first 3 laundry loads coming out very wet I was pretty set on returning it but deciding I would cut a hole in my drain pipe about 7 inches from the floor and see if having the drain lower would help like some other reviewers said and like magic the clothes have been coming out dry.
Best product in the world. 3 hour wash dry time is way better then me forgetting t oswitch loads for days.
