Awful item don't waste your time and money

I bought it online and of course after having such a hard time trying to make it work with not success I decided to return it, bestbuy didn't give me my money back even the item didn't work. My husband and I tried to make it work and we are pretty high tech, we went to bestbuy and they didn't even know how to do it.
The remote doesn't work, the screen doesn't show any pictures or videos.
Awful customer services and sad how they don't take care of their customers.
