Died after first charge

Pros: Great fit, stayed in ears through sweat, decent sound.
Cons: Charged them to full after first cycle. Never turned on again. No lights, no beeps, no anything. Called support, who knowingly said, "Yeah, I'd take those back to Best Buy." So I did.
They were fine for two days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
