Best Vacuum we've used, EVER!

We have used the Dyson (Animal) and went through two of those. Before that, it was a Kirby. When we got married, we bought a Hoover canister. It's still going strong, and vacuuming up after 3 cats on a lower floor. On the upper floor, we have 9 inside dogs (rescues), on carpet. I purchased this Hoover upright for 1/5 of the cost of the Dysons. Best Vacuum Ever. It's indestructible, and believe me, I know what it takes to destroy vacuum sweepers. Don't even hesitate, because as long as you keep the reusable filter clean (by washing it under the tap water faucet and allowing to air dry) it can handle anything NINE dogs can do to my house. Your toddler, pre-teen or teen can't hold a candle to the messes this vac can handle. YAY Hoover!!

I needed a mobile printer that would print by a direct WIFI connection from my iPhone or iPad, or Windows laptop. The WIFI direct connect instructions made this possible. NOTE: only 4 connections are available by the printers direct WIFI connect. Otherwise, you may also connect and print through your network WIFI. As an attorney, I do not always have access to a Courthouse's WIFI, and thus needed the direct connect option. There is also direct email option that you can do on initial set up. This works great with the local network WIFI or direct USB connection. It's really delayed if you opt to send it when the unit is utilizing its AP option over the Internet.
Quality of printed paper is superior. It prints fairly fast and is relatively quiet, which is a necessity in a courtroom. It has a 20 paper feed, which is better than most mobile printers. It feeds paper easily. It comes with a black cartridge and color cartridge, as well as an installed maintenance cartridge with an additional maintenance cartrige. I purchased an additional set of ink cartridges at time of purchase. The maintenance cartridges must be purchased from EPSON and cost $6.99. It won't run if either ink cartridge is empty or if the maintenance cartridge is full, so stock up.
It comes with an internal battery as well as working off the AC adapter. From my review of other products, often times the battery pack is not included. The internal self-charging battery is an added benefit if you must print in the absence of an available electric outlet. It does come with a USB connection that will charge the battery. NOTE: the battery will not charge while the unit is in use. The initial battery charge on set-up takes approximately 2.5 hours, so it's the first step.
Using an iPhone or iPad, it is possible to edit and print documents from Word, and utilizing the Cloud and Document Pro 7, print directly to the printer. It makes changing and printing contracts or wills away from the office a spot-on process for clients.
I have read that it prints approximately 100 sheets per cartridge. I cannot confirm this as I have not printed as many pages.
Most important, it's lightweight and well-designed, and AFFORDABLE!!

Is the usb connection compatible with an IPhone? In other words, can I use my iPhone usb cord to connect to and use printer?
No. You can set up an iPhone or iPad to print by using the direct WIFI connect option, using a local network WIFI, or by setting up the printers direct Email connection. This is explained in the accompanying booklet and the online users guide.

If the COLOR ink is empty, will WF-100 print B&W docs with black ink? Mine won't even though black document ink is FULL - shuts down, won't even scan!
It won't print if either ink cartridge is empty or if the maintenance cartridge is full.
