Wow. There is not one thing bad about this phone. One thing that is not exactly stellar for me is the call quality. I did notice echo of my voice during calls but only on my end. This was not noticed on the other end.
The 16gb of storage for a sub $100 phone is good. The phone itself is really fast with 2gb of ram. Pleased on it's speed when loading Web pages etc. Display very nice, bright and gorgeous. Camera nice with plenty of cool features. If you like Verizon, I have tried their prepaid several times and was never pleased, and looking for a really good inexpensive phone, give this a try. I am seriously considering the unlocked version.

Can this phone be switched for the Verizon prepaid phone I already have and keep the same phone number?
Yes you can switch this phone to a pre existing prepaid verizon acct.

Can I use this phone with straight talk? I have a Verizon phone with a straight talk plan. Im not tech savvy and I assume I can use it this way because maybe they use the same towers or something?? If not can I keep my phone number at least?
I know you can definitely port your #. Make sure you have your straight talk acct # and pin. Cannot answer the the question

Can I switch out the verizon SIM wih say a t-mobile sim
Phone is locked to verizon. Even unlocked cannot be used with tmobile. Tmobile is GSM and verizon CDMA

How can i Use it if i goes out of US (Asian Conutry) and put other provider SIM? Do i need to unlock it ? or how it works ?? Also, if i want to use this phone with other provider lets say T-Mobile, how can i use it ?
I believe Verizon has strict policies to unlock. Requires 6mos of usage on their network. There is an unlocked version of this phone in which you can use with at&t, t-mobile and other GSM carriers. Verizon, sprint. Use CDMA and therefore cannot be interchanged.
