A Dependable Monitor!!

My initial impression of this monitor after unboxing was how light and thin it was! Dell has done a great job in how easy it is to assemble out of the box all one has to do is, input the neck into the monitor and listen for a click which indicates its firmly locked in place followed by the base which is attached to 2 screws followed by a twist to make sure its securely attached. The following are pros and cons of the monitor:
Pros:
• Size-the size of this monitor is 24 inches which gives a very scenic view.
• Resolution-the resolution on this monitor is the standard 1920 X 1080 at 76 Hz refresh rate. Images are clear and concise to view. I have not personally experienced any distortion. Additionally, the brightness is at 250 cd/m².
• 2 HDMI inputs are housed in back of this monitor. I found this feature to be helpful due to the fact, I plan to hook up several of my laptops from time to time for more robust viewing.
• Reasonably priced if you’re in need of a dependable monitor at budget pricing.

• The buttons that adjust viewing preferences are housed under the monitor which makes it hard to adjust. I am a visual person as such, I like to see how each button works without having to look upside down.
• I wish that the monitor had speakers housed within the base.
• The stand while its firmly planted, it does not have varied tilting options.

Moms and dads of new “little” ones can get a peaceful night’s sleep thanks to Panasonic’s home connected video monitor. Let’s jump right in! What makes this unit so remarkable is the awesome video and audio quality which deliver immense range. The picture this monitor projects is crystal clear and not grainy as some cameras can be. I know this feature is great as parents are awakened during the night by their babies and being able to take a peek and get a good clear image delivers immense peace of mind. Additionally, the movement detection sensors are great on this monitor as well.
Overall, this unit offers robust features and most importantly peace of mind to parents!

Bitdefender keeps on adding protection that makes you feel, that your computer is protected from every possible standpoint! They’ve enhanced what was already great with more robust security features such as web attack prevention, online banking protection, safety for files etc; all while quietly controlling your system but does not cause any interruptions in your normal work flow while on your computer. The software was very easy to download and install by inputting a code. It does a great job of scanning your computer for viruses, malware, adware, trojans and the like. Because of previous usage, I was comfortable installing this software which prevents lags or obtrusive interruptions, with optimal performance on my computer. I ran a speed test after installation, surprisingly my speeds were still performing at a high rate. I commend Bitdefender for the robust protection along with ease of usage which makes this a seamless process.

A Beast of A Mouse!!!

Let me open with, “Logitech hit the ball out of the park with this one!” I was a bit apprehensive because of the fact that this is a “wired” mouse, but the way Logitech has designed this, it is as easy to use as a “wireless” mouse. This mouse has extreme robust features such as:
Sensor-The sensor on this mouse is so smooth that I literally forget that it is wired because of the nice coiled cord that accompanies this mouse. The cord is durable in strength and long in length. Moreover, I don’t feel restricted when surfing with this mouse.
The programmed buttons are a force to reckon with as they give great clicking flexibility. There is a little tray that houses additional buttons if needed.
The color spectrum that this mouse produces is just beautiful! The color spectrum of blue, yellow, red, purple and green is so beautiful to look at. Additionally, the colors work with the programmed buttons seamlessly. I only wish I had a gaming keyboard to accompany this beast of a mouse. To know that this lighting is customizable is another plus as well.

The Brother ADS-1700W scanner is a portable scanner with robust features. The scanner has an LCD touchscreen that is easily readable. Setup of this machine was a seamless process as I chose Wi-Fi setup. The recognition of my Wi-Fi was picked up and synced easily to my desktop PC. This scanner has great features such as:
o Duplex scanning
o 20 Sheet Automatic Document Feeder
o Plastic ID card slot
o Scan to PC, E-mail, Network FTP/SFTP and USB
o Wireless connectivity

Scans are clear and crisp as I adjusted my machine to 600dpi in order to achieve great scan results. I am pleased to report that Brother did not disappoint in this category. I will note, I have several of Brother’s printers as I have found them to integrate well with the technology that I use. The only adjustment I had to make was the upgrade from PaperPort version12 to 14 which is the latest version. I have elected this program to house all of my scans. I was able to cut and paste the older scans from Paper12 to 14 seamlessly.
I highly recommend Brother as they manufacture reliable products with robust performance and features at economical pricing. Also, their products are user-friendly and easy to integrate across multiple platforms. They have a slogan, “Brother at your Side” which is factually correct!

Wow, Sony has created another staple that enhances everyday productivity in a small way. The appearance of this Bluetooth speaker is small and compact, yet simple to use. I was elated to discover that an app was not needed in order to make this work. My Bluetooth instantly discovered and successfully paired the SRS-XB01 to my Android cell phone. Thereafter. I received a rich immersive sound packed with punch in such a small setting. The battery life is amazing as I have not needed a charge as of yet.
So, if you’re looking for an everyday sound mate that produces great sound, then don’t look any further, because Sony has designed one for you that’s worth taking a look at!

The Arris Surfboard is a good router with robust features. The set up was very easy because I am familiar with Arris due to the fact, I have used their product in the past. I am pleased with the performance of this product thus far. The only deal breaker for me is the McAfee Antivirus protection. It is well known that this product does not provide adequate coverage; to the contrary, it provides little to no protection, as I have used it in the past only to receive dismal results. It is more of a nuisance than it is helpful.
Again, if you are in need of a modem/router that gives optimal performance, I do recommend this product without reservation.

As a person who works from home, this headset has come in handy! I love the added features such as Bluetooth capabilities, passive noise cancellation, busy light, tap to connect and the wonderful 10-hour battery life.
I teach on-line classes, and sometimes, I have to move around for a few minutes, having the range to maneuver because of the range on this headset has been a sheer joy! Moreover, I don’t receive static or disconnects when I have to step away. Needless to say, this headset points to win, win, win for me!

This is a scanner that has multiple benefits such as two-sided scanning, scanning of business documents, cards, etc. The setup of this machine was easy as the only requirement is to go to Epson’s website and download the software and from there, you’re in business and good to go.
The only problem that I encountered was after downloading Epson’s app from the Google Playstore for my cell phone, I was unable to make a connection when authenticating. I don’t know if this is an issue with the software being so new; however, after multiple attempts, I couldn’t make a connection. Perhaps a future update will change this.
Overall, the performance of the machine is great, as such, I do recommend this scanner as it has robust features.

Sonos & Sonace Rules & Rocks Hard!!!

The Sonos speaker system arrived a day late; nonetheless, it looked great! As some of my fellow reviewers have stated, it’s a huge “all in one” box that houses speakers, amp, keypad and accessories such as brackets and nails. After unboxing and finding a nice unit, here is what I discovered:
Setup:
Setup for me was “tricky” in so much that I have never dealt with wires; therefore, I requested my neighbor who has an electronics background for assistance. I will state, I was a good student as I watched what was a seamless process. I will quickly note, I elected to put this unit in-door which has worked out thus far. Back to setup, firstly, I downloaded the Sonos app from Apple’s app store since the keypad only works with IOS, I used my Ipad Air for this process. Seemingly, everything went well; however, after conclusion of the setup process, I could not hear any music coming from the amp. After, re-checking my steps, still “no music” was heard! Therefore, I went back to the drawing board and since I am an avid Android cell phone user, I downloaded the app from the Android store which was a seamless process because I was already a registered user; therefore, everything synced up and I was in business with AWESOME sound coming from the amp!! Shortly afterwards, I went back to my iPad and uninstalled the Sonos app and then reinstalled in which I got everything working properly! After reassessing, what I did incorrectly, the only thing I may have missed was the selection of the Amp during setup while on IOS.
Lastly, I downloaded the app for the keypad in which the first two tries were unsuccessful; however, the third try was the charm as the firmware needed an update which didn’t take long. The keypad works well and it’s very useful as it controls sound seamlessly.
Sound:
The sound produced from the speakers is wonderful! The sound is just pure without any scratching and/or distortion. The bass is good. While I am not an audiophile, I do know and appreciate good sound quality which comes from these amazing sounding speakers! During setup, I added Pandora, Audible, Amazon Music and Calm Radio which has some amazing jazz music along with other genres. I elected to listen to “smooth jazz” and man it sounds great as only jazz produces a language, sometimes intimate, boisterous, but always layered with immense sound experiences.
Notes:
If by chance you don’t have an iPhone and/or iPad, you can still download the Sonos app from the Android store and control your music via that channel. Unfortunately, the keypad only works with IOS (Apple) for now; however, I am hopeful after Sonos’s reps read these reviews, they’ll add access for Android devices to their keypad. I personally see usage of both apps for dual purposes in so much, if I don’t want to turn on my iPad for music control, I can just use my phone to access/control my music.
Recommendation:
Yes, I recommend this audio streaming bundle if you’re wanting a great sounding outdoor as well as indoor experience. It’s great for summer outdoor entertainment as well as indoor entertainment.

I needed a basic keyboard since the one on my lap top stopped working. It worked fine for a few weeks. Having a problem now, It types Caps without putting on the Cap key, It skips spaces. Then the next day It will be fine for awhile and do the same thing again. Only paid $12.99 for it and that is just about what it is worth. I have had it over a month and as I said it was great for about 2 weeks.

It's my fault for not reading the fine print but I now realize that this desktop does not have a CD/DVD Rom Drive. This is important to me since I do play games on my computer. It's smaller than the picture looks...about the size of a gallon of milk and I just got it , so I don't have any comments yet on the performance. The keyboard is compact too, wish it was wireless. Otherwise, a great buy.

I have the same desktop; however, it is with the i3 processor. Yes, it does come with a keyboard and mouse which are both paired. As a result, all one needs to do is plug and play. The desktop comes with several ports if a person desires to use an external CD/DVD player, the unit can accommodate the need by using one of the USB ports. I have an extra keyboard (which is bigger) and mouse that I use along with the included keyboard and mouse. So, if the included keyboard and mouse are not to your satisfaction, there are several USB ports that can be used to accommodate something else.

You're going to be really happy with this printer. I purchased it 2 years ago and it hasn't given me a moment's trouble. Also, there are great 3rd party vendors that sell quality toner at great prices for this machine.

I suggest downloading the app, Tone and Talk. I initially felt the way you're feeling until I tried the app which has bass levels and enhances sound. I have an Android phone; as a result I obtained the app out of the Google Play store. I hope this info helps!
