Bose sound is ALWAYS GOOD. The problem with this particular product is it IS NOT WATER OR SWEAT PROOF. I went through two sets before I figured out what the problem was. The remote is letting moisture in between the cord and the remote. Don't buy unless Bose fixes this major and obvious flaw. Working out with this is impossible unless you don't work out hard enough to sweat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
