I like the bright color. Keeps me from losing my phone. Nothing too special in the protection department. But it covers all corners well and has a raised edge so that if it fell flat on the screen it wouldn't touch the ground. That's all you can really ask for in a phone case.

A phone similar to the HTC M9 below half the price

Gone are the days where you need spend $750 for a top of the line phone.
Granted the HTC M9 came out over a year ago. So in that sense it is not a fair comparison. Yes the HTC M9 has NFC, which this phone does not. But beyond that, pretty similar. Same screen resolution. 4GB of RAM instead of 3GB. The camera on the M9 is more MP but the overall quality of the cameras is similar.
The point I'm trying to make is that waiting nearly 2 years gives you a very comparable phone at below half the cost. The Moto G5 Plus runs smoothly and has a sharp looking screen. This phone would have been among the top of the line in 2015. And it is not priced anywhere close to top of the line.
Great value for a very good phone.

I was able to get this one for a good deal, making it about the same price as the EA7500 (AC1900). But you're looking at the cost of both, and wondering why you should get the EA8500 (AC2600), then you probably shouldn't get it. Unless you're streaming 4k to multiple TVs at the same time you probably won't see much of an improvement here.
But that being said. Great range. Supports many devices at the same time. I have no complaints. Works well in a 2 story house and even works outside.

It's weird that this requires both a drill and a ratchet set. They could have easily sent screws that needed only a regular phillips head. But for whatever reason they felt the need to require you to use 2 types of equipment.

No significant problems streaming. Only possible complaint is that I've found it is a little difficult to turn the TV on and off without messing up the Fire Stick.

Will Best Buy have these in stock before Christmas?
These have been listed as out of stock for as long as I've been looking (several weeks now). Will Best Buy have them before Christmas? I also haven't been able to add it to my Best Buy wish list.
The Sony Z5 is set to be released in a couple months, plenty of time for Christmas. So far seems like pretty much the same phone but with a fingerprint scanner on the side as well as a waterproof housing (which the Z3v has) but without the easily broken flaps that make it waterproof.

Sony - Xperia Z3V 4G LTE on my existing AT&T plan
wanted to know if it was possible to get the Sony - Xperia Z3V 4G LTE on my 2 year contract at&t plan ? I am due for a upgrade this week.
The Z3V is the Verizon specific version of this phone. If you want AT&T you should look at the marginally different Z3.
