Runs Continuously, poor customer service

I bought this refrigerator a couple of months ago. The good part: this unit looks great, doesn't show fingerprints as much as my other stainless appliances, and the slide out and slide back shelves come in very handy. Just be careful, the stainless doors are easily dinged. The pretty good: this unit is large enough for a couple or a family of three at most. The bad: ice maker is very loud when ice tumbles into the storage bin. Don't try to nap anywhere near the kitchen without turning off the ice maker! The ugly: the motor has not shut off in the nearly three months I have owned this unit. I called Frigidaire and was told that it is designed to run 90 to 100% of the time. Perhaps all newer units are designed to do that. I simply wasn't expecting this. (And I am really glad now that I purchased the extended warranty, since I am dubious as to the durability of fans and compressors that run non-stop.) Fortunately, the fan/compressor isn't terribly loud so that, after a while, the running becomes so much white noise. Also, and as a minor point, if you purchase this unit and have it installed, be sure to request the Allen wrench that secures the door handles. The set screws work loose over time. I failed to get the wrench and after reading in the owners manual that an Allen wrench is supplied, I called Frigidaire to see if they might mail me one. Their representative told me that instructions to tighten door handles "with supplied Allen wrench" didn't mean that one was supposed to have come with the unit! Moreover, she did not have a specification for the set screws. I don't have much need for those but purchased a set at my local hardware and sorted through until I found one that fit. Problem solved. Still, the experience didn't instill much confidence in Frigidaire's customer support and knowledge of their own product.
