Bose delivered when it comes to the QC35s. As typical with the brand, audio is well balanced and lively across all frequencies. Great accurate soundstage; I love hearing the little nuances that I've never heard before in my favorite songs.
Build quality is acceptable, mostly plastic which keeps weight down. I've worn these for a few hours already with no discomfort.
The only minor drawback for me is the headband cushion. It's covered in a suede-like material that may not be the easiest to keep clean for those who use hair gel/products. I would have preferred to have it covered with a leather/vinyl material like what's used on the earcups.

This is a really handsome desk that looks more expensive than it is. It's the perfect size. It's not overwhelmingly large but not impracticaly small either. Assembly took the better part of 2 hours; it isn't a particularly difficult process, just more steps involved than what you may assume.

The color is Jamocha. Is that black or very dark brown?

I don't want this desk backing up to a wall. Is the back dark brown too?
The back of the desk does have some unfinished surfaces and would not be suitable for your application.
