does not perform the advertised function

I have spent several hours trying to get this device to connect to my Iphone remotely. There is no feedback oh what is causing the problem, there is no support on the WD website.
On the LAN the cloud works, but when I upload pictures from my Iphone it resets the date code and gives them random names. The picture uploads are out of order when viewed through the wd photo app or my PC. If you want to preserve date information you will still have to connect your phone to your PC.
