We purchased this refrigerator as part of a set of new appliances.I love the slate color. No fingerprints/smudges. Very easy to keep clean. We had to fit this fridge into existing built in cabinets. So overall size was an issue. I went from having a top fridge/bottom freezer to this side by side. It will take a bit for me to get used to but I really like it so far. The fridge side has plenty of space. The freezer is on the small side. I will just have to put more in our stand alone freezer. The side out, no spill shelves are great. Easy clean up. Lots of door storage in fridge. We installed this ourselves with no problems.

This range replaced an existing gas range we had. The color, slate, is very nice. I was a bit concerned about the color but I love it. The finish is so easy to keep clean. No fingerprints or smudges, that's a plus in my book. The burners are nicely spaced. Large pots fit with no problem. I have not used the griddle yet and may not. I am going to order the grate for the center burner as I would get more use from that. It is nice to have the griddle though if I ever want to use it. I have baked everything from dinners to cakes in the oven and love the convection. My previous oven did not have convection. The bottom drawer is large/deep enough to store my average size pots. So glad we purchased this. We installed it ourselves without any issues.

Save time and money by installing your dishwasher yourself with this complete, high-quality kit. This kit is required if you have your dishwasher professionally installed.

We purchased a new dishwasher and ordered this kit along with it. The kit was delivered when dishwasher was delivered. I was glad we had this. It saved a trip to the local home store for a needed part. Although we did not use the plug as ours is hardwired. We did use the new hose and elbow that was in this kit. Yes we could have used the old hose but I prefer to replace the hoses hopefully avoiding problems later. The copper elbow included in this kit would have cost us a trip to purchase one instead we had it to complete the install easily.

This gas line is required for successful hook-up of your new range in your home. Our delivery personnel will determine what type of gas line is needed based on your local housing code.

Very easy install

Along with a new gas range I ordered this Smart Choice Range Gas Line. The line was delivered along with the range. We did the install and it was very easy. I feel better having a new line with safety features built in. This replaced the existing line we had on the old range. The line is long so it would work great even if the valve was not directly behind the range.

Very nice dishwasher and great color

This GE dishwasher replaced an existing dishwasher in my home. Easy to install, we did it ourselves. The inside of this dishwasher is huge. I can fit large baking dishes in it with no problem. The adjustable top rack makes it easy to put said large dishes on top rack if need be. I have yet to put anything in there and not have it come out completely clean and sparkling.
The finish is great. No fingerprints or smudges! I did not want stainless due to not being able to keep it fingerprint/smudge free.The color is not as dark in my kitchen as I had originally thought it would appear. Which is a good thing. I have hickory cabinets and worried about the slate color. So happy with this GE dishwasher!

Can the oven light be turned on with the door closed?
No, the light comes on when door is opened. No switch to turn it on with door closed.
