Nice picture lousy instructions and sound

I opened the box to find no instructions whatsoever on the device other than the set-up website. It is suposed to have two way sound. So weak!!!! You can not hear sound when trying to speak back. There are no instructions to tell you anything about the sound device or anything else. I have a dog and was hoping he would hear our voice. It is so low you have to be right up on it with no other noise. You would think there would be a volume control but there is not. My low rating is because I spent so much time trying to get info and all you get is set-up instructions on-line.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
