Not what I expected from Samsung

I have been an avid fan of Samsung until now. I've had this refrigerator for a few weeks and the water dispenser drips water, sometimes 30 drops for one minute after filling a glass, and then it continues to slowly drip. Also, this unit isn't quiet, it occasionally makes loud cracking noises. I replaced my well-working 13 year old Kenmore Elite for this thing and wish I hadn't.

Initially I noticed the following issues: 1) there is a low sound buzzing sound in the right earmuff and 2) the top of my right ear hits the inside of the earmuff, and I don't have big ears. However, the manufacturer said the buzzing sound is normal, especially in the right earmuff since that's where the battery is located. I've used the headset several times now and I don't notice the buzzing sound when the game sound comes on and my ear must have gotten used to the shallow muff since I don't notice that issue either. For the price (probably can get this on sale at times) I think it's a great headset, especially for the wireless feature.

This has been a great Blu-Ray player and the Wi-Fi feature makes watching TV shows and movies from streaming sources (e.g. Netflix) a snap. It's amazing how small it is, so it doesn't take up a lot of space in my cabinet.

The thinnest iPad ever is also the most capable. It's loaded with advanced technologies, including the Touch ID fingerprint sensor.

I've had this tablet for several months and it's worked flawlessly. The larger screen is great for surfing the internet and watching videos. If you like to read in bed, you may be better off with an iPad Mini since they are easier to hold and lighter.

I've had better...

What a disappointment this dishwasher is. I replaced a dishwasher that ran great for 15 years and the dishes were dry at the end of the cycle. Now the salesman tells me that I'll be lucky to get six years from the new dishwashers. I've run this one twice, with the heated cycle, and waited until the green light appeared, and everything is wet, including my brow after hand drying all the dishes. "Buy USA"? Why, we can't even replicate good products that were previously made well and lasted longer. I'd gladly take back my old machine if I could.

how do I down load the state library? do I need to have an adobe app to do this? how do I set up the email account?
Download the "Overdrive" app from whichever store supports your device (e.g. Google Play, Apple Store). Open the "Overdrive" app and link to your library of choice and then log into that library, assuming you have an account - make sure it remembers this info so you don't have to key in your account info each time. Once in the library, you can search for the item you want (I like advance search to pinpoint what I'm looking for) and check it out. This process can be a little different depending on the device you have (e.g. Google, Apple), but in general you will have the library material downloaded to your "bookshelf" and can view it. I suggest viewing it immediately upon download to ensure it's on your device versus finding out at a slow internet connection airport that it didn't initially download and then have to wait 30 minutes for the download - been there, done that. I hope this helps.
